Last Wednesday 10th October was a special day in our
secondary school because Yvonne, who is a friend of mine, visited us. In fact,
it was my English teacher who wanted me to bring her to class.
Yvonne is an English native speaker from Manchester and she
met my mother many years ago. Then, I have known her since I was two years
old.
Therefore, we began classes at half past eight in the
morning although Yvonne, my English teacher and I had arrived before in order
to prepare everything. First of all, I introduced Yvonne to my classmates.
After that, we made a presentation about ‘my summer in Manchester’ so we were
speaking about what I had done there.
Besides, Yvonne talked about English culture and she also
answered interesting questions in the classroom. In the end, we finished the
class at half past nine in the morning and Yvonne continued visiting more
classes in our secondary school.
In conclusion, as you can see, we all had a very different morning!!!
